"Every painting I compose is a piece of history, encapsulating & preserving  an intimate & significant moment in time to be observed, contemplated & left open to personal subjections."

Born in Montreal, my fascination with painting started early with late nights painting with my father. This passion lead me to complete a Fine Arts degree from Concordia University. Following my studies, I travelled & painted my way across Europe, Turkey, North Africa, Britain and the Meditarranean for over 6 years.

After traveling the world, I settled in Ottawa, Canada, and focused on painting and teaching. During my 30 years in the Canadian captital I established a private art school,  sat on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Society of Painters in Water Colour,  was the President of the Ottawa Watercolour Society & was a National Juror for the CSPWC & the SCA.

After relocating once again to the Uk in 2014, I have found a new interest and passion for portraiture, which is the focus of my latest series of work. My work is exhibited in both private & corporate collections around the world, having completed over 460 commissions to date.

I continue to be inspired by my surroundings, traveling & painting as often as possible. I am excited to bring my workshops  and classes  that range from the absolute beginner level to the most advanced levels in both drawing & watercolour, to a new city.
